The Company

Vercel was founded in 2015 by Guillermo Rauch. It created Next.js, one of the most widely used web frameworks, and sells a cloud platform that deploys and scales web applications. Its v0 product uses AI to generate interfaces and apps.

In September 2025 Vercel raised a $300 million Series F led by Accel and GIC at a $9.3 billion valuation, up from $3.25 billion in May 2024. Annualized revenue was reported at about $340 million in February 2026, roughly double a year earlier.
