The Company
Hippocratic AI was founded by Munjal Shah and focuses on AI agents for patient-facing tasks that do not involve diagnosis, such as follow-up calls and care reminders. It says its agents have handled more than 115 million patient interactions with no reported safety issues.
In November 2025 Hippocratic AI raised a $126 million Series C led by Avenir Growth, with CapitalG, General Catalyst, a16z and Kleiner Perkins participating, at a $3.5 billion valuation, up from $1.64 billion in January 2025. It has more than 50 health-system, payer and pharma customers across six countries.
